Under applicable Freedom of Information legislation, members of the CPEP request information from all levels of government to increase transparency on government departmental initiatives, to find answers to research questions related to criminalization and community safety, collect data for analysis, and share the results with the public.
If you want to learn about how to file freedom of information and privacy requests, reach out to us. We will use this page to share documents we receive and encourage community members to use it for their own advocacy efforts, community action research, and to hold the government accountable to the people.
